RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If the item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking, we are happy to offer a refund, if eligible. However; to be eligible, the following requirements must be met. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Requirements
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached in the original packaging.
- Please return the merchandise within 14 days of purchase to address below.
- Refunds are not available on SALE or DISCOUNTED items. They are eligible for store credit at our discretion.
- All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund or store credit.
- We cannot process exchanges, so if we have the item in stock in the size you want, you will have to purchase it separately and return the original item at your own expense.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return, secure a tracking number and a delivery confirmation number to ensure that the merchandise is received and in good condition. Please note that return shipping charges are currently not reimbursed by MAX & ME SPORT.
Once the merchandise is received, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used within 3-5 business days, or a gift card for store credit (for sale items that are ineligible for refund) may be issued if approved for eligibility. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MAX & ME SPORT.
